
Jeanette Bolden is an Olympic Gold Medalist, a three time NCAA championship coach, a former United States Olympic coach and an inductee in the Untied States Track and Field/Cross Country Coaches’ Association Hall of Fame. Recently named the Head Coach for the University of Central Florida (UCF) track and field program, Ms. Bolden spent the previous 20 years of her career as Head Coach of UCLA’s women’s track and field program where she led her team to three National College Athletic Association titles. In 2008, Ms. Bolden served as the United States Women’s Head Coach for the Beijing Olympic Games and was recently inducted into the United States Track and Field/Cross Country Coaches’ Association Hall of Fame. Ms. Bolden is passionate about serving the community, bettering the lives of youth through fitness, and finding ways to help students with special needs. She was actively involved with bringing the Marathon Kids Program to UCLA. In addition to serving on the My School In Motion Board, Ms. Bolden is the Executive Director of the Jeanette Bolden Asthma and Allergy Track Clinic and serves on the Board of Directors for the Asthma and Allergy Foundation. Ms. Bolden is the mother of two school-aged children. Her greatest joy is found in experiencing life with her family and helping her children discover their passions.
